Turmeric mask once a week. Curcumin, the yellow pigment that gives turmeric its distinctive color, accelerates the natural cell turnover process, promoting skin rebuilding and renewal. Turmeric mask is not included in this set.

PROGRAM DETAILS
Morning:
If possible, I highly recommend performing the massage before your morning skincare routine. In the morning, the muscles are relatively relaxed, making it easier to feel where there are permanently tense and hardened segments. The recommended massage does not require any slippery substances (they would actually hinder precise grips!) but requires thorough facial cleansing after performing all movements to avoid potential acne and inflammatory issues.
After the massage, we recommend thoroughly cleansing the face and wiping it with the Houttuynia Cordata Face Toner, including the lips and under-eye area. Before continuing with further skincare, apply one pump of Natural Moisturizing Factor on the entire face, neck, and décolletage, pressing it into the skin with your hands until fully absorbed. Next, apply the Freshly Juiced Vitamin Drop with Vitamin C (or Ektoin serum in summer) and once absorbed, follow with the Moisture Lotion with Idebenone. You can apply an additional moisturizer, if needed, although the Idebenone emulsion is sufficient for most skin. Apply the Volufiline Filler Balm to the lips. Finally, apply a generous layer of SPF. Morning is a good time to supplement with Astaxanthin and Gotu Kola.

- Apply Freshly Juiced Vitamin Drop with Vitamin C.

Evening:
After cleansing the face and wiping it with the Face Toner, I recommend applying one pump of the Natural Moisturizing Factor to the entire face, neck, and décolletage, and "pressing" it into the skin with your hands until fully absorbed. Then gently apply the Midnight Blue Youth Activating Drop Serum, and once the serum is absorbed, it's time for the Moisture Lotion with Idebenone. Apply the Volufiline Filler Balm to your lips, and if necessary, to the under-eye area and nasolabial folds. You can also apply the stick to the back of your hands and neck. In the next step, distribute a drop of the Vitamin E oil on the face. The oil is relatively oily and acts as an overnight mask. Every other day, one hour before bedtime, I recommend taking a sachet of Avalon CrystalPure Collagen (not included in the set).
- Thoroughly cleanse the face + wipe it with the Houttuynia Cordata Face Toner.
- Apply one pump of the Natural Moisturizing Factor.
- Gently apply Midnight Blue Blue Youth Activating Drop Serum.
- Once previous serum is absorbed, apply Moisture Lotion with Idebenone.
- Apply Volufiline Filler Balm on the lips, and if needed, on the under-eye area and nasolabial folds.
- Distribute a drop of the Vitamin E oil on the face.
